You’re not sure when it started or why, but something feels off.

You feel the pressure building as you try to balance your relationships, career and inner life. You feel ashamed of the way you’ve been handling things lately. This isn’t the life you had envisioned for yourself.

My Approach

I’m here to help you feel more connected to yourself and your loved ones. Whether you are navigating the ordinary or seemingly small bumps along this road of life or big existential mountains, I am here to help you feel more equipped for the journey with confidence, insight and authenticity.

"So often, when we feel lost, adrift in our lives, our first instinct is to look out into the distance to find the nearest shore. But that shore, that solid ground, is within us. The anchor we are searching for is connection, and it is internal."

How it Works

Step 1

Let’s begin with a free-15 minute consultation. This gives us an opportunity to chat before you decide to schedule. During this call, we will have the chance to find out more about you and your needs and get a feel for if we are the right fit.

Step 2

Once we decide we are a good fit, we will schedule your first session. During this session we will discuss the things that brought you to therapy and what your goals are. We will also dive a little deeper into your life journey up to this point. I want to know about YOU, your family of origin, your childhood, relationships and significant events. This helps me to understand you in the context of your world.

Step 3

We will then help you understand your emotions and what role they play so that they can stop acting as powerful, uncontrollable wounds that limit you from feeling connected to loved ones and yourself. Instead, you will learn to have compassion for these difficult emotions and see them as a source of information to help you understand your needs, be present in your life and feel a sense of peace.
