Hello!
My name is Tooba and I am currently a student intern, studying my master’s degree in marriage and family therapy. Beyond simply wanting to help others, my aspiration to become a therapist is deeply rooted in a profound belief in the transformative power of human connection and the potential for personal growth and healing. Being a therapist allows me the privilege of bearing witness to the resilience, courage, and vulnerability of individuals as they navigate life's challenges and triumphs. I work with adults, couples, children and families and I am passionate about helping new mothers navigate the changes and unique challenges of motherhood.
My Approach
As a new therapist, I have an open mind approach and a willingness to work with clients from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. I believe that every individual brings a unique story and set of challenges, and I am eager to learn. I am committed to creating a safe and inclusive space where clients feel heard, valued, and respected. I am dedicated to continuously learning and evolving as a therapist to better serve the needs of all those who seek support on their journey towards healing and self-discovery.
