My Approach
I believe therapy can help people understand themselves more honestly and begin making changes that support their mental health, relationships, and overall well-being.
Before becoming a counselor, I worked in digital marketing. Over time, I realized I wanted work that allowed me to connect with people more directly. My own experience with therapy also showed me how much life can change when people have space to share, process, and understand what they are carrying.
In therapy, my goal is to offer a space that feels steady, respectful, and collaborative. I want clients to feel heard without feeling judged. Together, we can look at what is working, what is no longer helping, and what kind of change may support a healthier life.

Therapy For Adults & Relationships
I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, addiction recovery, relationship stress, and life transitions.
Relationships are an important part of mental health. When someone is struggling, it often affects how they connect, communicate, cope, and show up with the people closest to them. Therapy can help clients better understand those patterns and begin making changes with more awareness.
At Restoring Connections Therapy, I am also gaining experience in individual therapy and couples counseling under supervision. My focus is on continuing to grow as a counselor while supporting clients with care, accountability, and empathy.

More About Me
Outside of therapy and school, I enjoy going to the movies, spending time with my English Cream Golden Retriever, watching sports, and following tennis. I grew up playing tennis and still love staying connected to sports.
My path into counseling has been shaped by the belief that stronger mental health can improve how people relate to themselves, their relationships, and the rest of their lives. I am grateful to be doing work that allows me to support people in that process.
