I’m Brittany and I believe difficult times can be the catalyst for profound transformation. I know first hand what it’s like to be suffering in silence, hiding behind a tough exterior. I am both a therapist and a client. I understand and admire how much courage and trust it takes to reach out for help. I feel honored to be a part of your journey.
My Approach
I believe therapy requires a combination of compassion, humor and directness. It is of the upmost importance to me that I create a space where my clients feel safe, comfortable and empowered. Together we will journey inward and come out with a deeper understanding and integrated self. As a couple, I will help you to enhance both physical and emotional intimacy, improve communication, navigate conflict and create meaningful and lasting relationships.

I am a mother, a wife, a friend, a daughter, and a sister. These relationships are my greatest source of inspiration.

I am a seeker of adventure and new experiences and I often bite off more than I can chew. Sometimes this leads to failure and disappointment. Other times it leads to great accomplishments like finishing an Ironman with my husband.

I consider Encinitas, CA my “hometown” since that is where I grew up and it still has a big part of my heart.

My husband and I have decided to plant roots here in Katy and I am a proud to now call myself a Texan.

I have three children who simultaneously fill me with joy and also make me want to pull my hair out sometimes!

We also have a Goldendoodle, named Maple, who is currently being trained as a therapy dog.
